Buenas Tardes,


Lo mas recomendable es que se pague bajo la figura de Bonificación o por Vale Panama si tiene esa opción, ya que como han escrito los colegas no hay aumento de salario temporal.

Al pagarlo por Bonificación el empleado recibe más dinero porque solo se le descuenta el seguro social, bono no paga seguro educativo y funciona para la empresa también porque el bono no acumula para décimo tercer mes.

Buenos días,

Tendría que considerar el pago de un Incentivo Temporal que no se considere Salario, ya que si lo paga como salario ya pasaria a ser un aumento de salario y no lo podría eliminar posteriormente.  Importante también dejarlo por escrito.

Estimados colegas,
Espero que se encuentren bien.
Quisiera conocer sus opiniones sobre la mejor manera de manejar un ajuste salarial temporal para un colaborador que asumirá tareas adicionales por un período definido. La intención es que, una vez finalizado este tiempo, el salario del trabajador regrese a su monto original sin que estos pagos sean considerados como un ajuste salarial permanente.
Agradecería sus sugerencias sobre cómo estructurar este proceso para que quede bien documentado y se maneje de la manera más clara y adecuada.
Quedo atenta a sus comentarios.
